Greetings!
I am excited to announce that the Alabama Society of Nuclear Medicine will hold its annual meeting on April 13-15, 2012 on the Florida gulf coast at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Florida, and we are taking this opportunity to invite you as a sponsor or contributor.
The ASNM welcomes all vendors to our annual meeting. The fairest and most practical policy is to ask each vendor for one fee. This fee is $500 per vendor. You can pay either by a check in the mail or by credit card through the Paypal account when you register online to attend the meeting.
For this fee, we will provide one skirted 6-foot table for display space, power supply, two complimentary pre-registration tickets for your vendor representatives, and a reduced registration fee of $25 per person for additional representatives from your company. In addition, a list of all contributing vendors will be made available to all attendees.
If you are unable to attend our meeting but would like recognition as a contributor you can do so by making a minimum contribution of $100 to the ASNM. We will, of course, mention your contribution in the meeting program as well as our newsletter.
We are also looking for vendors to help with door prizes. We sell raffle tickets to be drawn for the door prizes where all the money raised goes to our student scholarship fund.Please contact Dawn Williams if you can help this at 334-451-0270 or djaworowski88@gmail.com.

The current ASNM tax payer Identification Number is:unknown and the ASNM is considered tax exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(a) of the IRS Code. We have applied for a new tax id number and should have that back shortly. I will send it out as soon as it is available.
The ASNM realizes that without vendor support, we could not continue such memorable and anticipated meetings. We sincerely look forward to seeing you at the beach this spring.
Also, please consider donating to our Founders’ Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded each year to a student of an accredited Alabama NMT program. The candidate must have a financial need, scholastic promise, and exemplary character. The ASNM created this scholarship as a method to ensure a less financially capable student to continue the NMT program and thereby contribute to the field of Nuclear Medicine as a competent technologist and to contribute to the community as a benevolent and caring medical professional. Donations for this fund will be tax-deductible. Please call for more details.
